What is an “Off-Market” real estate property opportunity?
Why buy or sell “Off-Market” real estate products?
The term “Off-Market Properties” is often used, but what does it actually mean? Why do sellers choose to sell off-market, and why are these properties so attractive to investors?
An off-market property is one that bypasses the traditional real estate agent route and is sold discreetly by an off-market broker. Basic property details may be shared initially, but in-depth information is only provided once all Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and confidentiality agreements are signed by all parties.
Operating within a close-knit, trusted network, off-market brokers ensure that both sellers and buyers are serious and capable of completing the transaction. Sellers are vetted to avoid time-wasters or market testers, while VIP clients are required to provide Proof of Funds (POF) before the process moves forward.
At VARION Group, we understand the importance of discretion and trust for our overseas VIP clients. To facilitate this, we offer flexible POF options. Unlike firms that require hard POFs (bank statements), we accept soft POFs, such as a letter from a reputable U.S.-based financial institution verifying available funds. For added security, we also allow POF to be submitted directly to the seller or their attorney. Your confidentiality and peace of mind are always our top priority.
